What is Magic?

Magic is a service that connects you to businesses so you can get special deals, discounts, and rewards. Think of it as a digital pass for exclusive offers.

How It Works & Your Privacy 🕵️‍♀️

You sign up by giving your mobile number when you “unlock” through a business’s “Magic Links Page”. We will text you a link to verify it’s you.
To get a deal at a shop or restaurant, you just scan a QR code there with your phone and follow the steps on your screen.
When you sign up, Magic creates a personal web page for you. By default, businesses cannot see your personal info like your name or number.
This is important: If you choose to “connect” with a business on the platform, then they will be able to see your public profile info (name, links you post, etc.). It’s your choice to share that information.

The Rules 📜

Basically, be a good user. You agree not to use the service to do anything illegal, harass people, hack the platform, or steal data. You also can’t copy their technology or use it to create a competing business.

The Fine Print

Magic makes it clear that it’s not responsible for a few things:

Problems with Businesses: If you have an issue with a deal, a product, or a service from a business, you have to sort it out directly with them, not with Magic.
Other Services: The platform relies on other companies (like Twilio for texts or your internet provider) to work. If those services fail, Magic isn’t responsible for any outage.

Ending Your Account 👋

You can delete your account at any time by sending them an email. They can also suspend or delete your account immediately if they believe you have broken any of these rules.
